"I was hoping these would be a good..."
I was hoping these would be a good fit, but I’m a little disappointed. Some of the products made my skin feel itchy, so I couldn’t really keep using them. They might work fine for other people, but they just weren’t right for my skin.

"Pretty solid packaging"
The box showed up with a small dent, so I was a little worried at first. Whew. Everything inside was totally fine, no leaks, nothing broken, all good. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Delivery was slower than I expected"
My order showed up way later than I thought it would, and I barely got any clear updates along the way. I’ve had deliveries that were quicker than this, like... well, anyway, it was frustrating. Not really happy with the delivery experience.

I ordered a few skincare products and, for the most part, they seem original. The packaging looked fine and the scent was the same as what I’ve used before, so that was reassuring. However, one of the items didn’t have a clear seal, which made me a bit uncomfortable and unsure about its authenticity. Delivery was okay, but I do think the seller should be clearer about authenticity and maybe offer some kind of compensation or replacement for items that arrive without proper sealing.

"Not as great of a deal as they make it sound"
The quality is fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But it feels a bit pricey for what you actually get. They make it sound like you’re getting better value than you really are, and the reality just didn’t quite match the promise.

"Something felt off with the whole refund process"
I sent my order back because the shade wasn’t right, something felt off from the start. It took ages to get a clear response, and they kept asking me for the same info over and over, like nobody was actually reading the emails.

Weeks later, the refund still hasn’t shown up. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but my return was just stressful and annoying. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Works When It Wants, But Didn’t Help My Skin"
I ordered a cleanser and cream from thefaceshop.com.sa i’m disappointed. The cleanser felt like one of those products that works when it wants to — some days my skin felt okay, other days it felt even drier. The cream was sticky on my face and didn’t really absorb well. I used both for a few weeks hoping I’d see some kind of improvement, but nothing really changed. For the price, I expected way better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Okay, but figuring out the ingredients is a hassle"
It seems okay overall, but some of the ingredients worry me. I had to spend extra time looking things up just to understand what I was actually using, which is kind of annoying. I wish the ingredient info was clearer so it didn’t feel like extra work

"Customer service was definitely way too slow"
I swear, getting a reply took forever. Like, there is absolutely no way it should take that long to hear back from customer service. And when they finally did respond, it wasn’t all that helpful either. Frustrating experience overall.
